SRS offers in house-design on all of our awarded projects. Our chief designer, who is one of SRS’s partners, has over 35 years of experience, and is educated and certified in the field of blueprint development and coordination with any type of construction. Our design team can achieve designs compatible with any type of architectural finish. From retail, to residential, to industrial, our designers have the knowledge and expertise to create an impressive final product.
SRS uses Autocad format, and develops plans on Fireacad. Our expert designers ensure that our drawings are in compliance with all design criteria, laws, regulations, NFPA codes, and fire department codes, as well as any project specifications, or owners’ requests. The SRS crew calculates all necessary water flow calculations, and follows the submittal process each step of the way, meeting with plan checkers and inspectors to ensure a smooth plan approval process.
Our design is insured by Error & Omission insurance, which offers peace of mind. We are proud to mention that in over 20 years of SRS design, we have never had a single claim against our error and omission policy.
